to achieve the best possible results. We have over 300 customer-facing
experts deployed nationwide to provide daily contact, professional
development, expert technical advice, and consultative services
whenever and wherever needed. Furthermore, our U.S.-based customer
support centers offer expert product assistance with immediate,
personalized communication via phone or the Internet. Though products
evolve and technologies change, our commitment to customers is
stronger than ever.
Research & Development
From instructional design, to development,
to rigorous editorial review, our production processes seamlessly
combine the latest education theories with decades of real-world
experience, resulting in the most innovative, targeted experiences
for our customers. We are fully committed to providing the industry
with standards- and research-based software solutions that stand
up to the scrutiny of government efficacy, industry review, and
customer expectations. In fact, we have volunteered to take part
in a 3-year U.S. Department of Education study that will evaluate
computer-based reading and math products in classroom settings
to measure the effectiveness of technology in bolstering student
achievement.

Pearson employees are socially-conscious, and regularly donate

We partner with Jumpstart, a non-profit organization, to train
and recruit college students to work one-to-one with low-income
pre-school children in literacy, language, and social skills. The
Pearson Jumpstart Partnership reaches over 5,000 children in 20
cities across the U.S. each year.

For the third straight year, Pearson has been named the media sector
leader in the recent Dow Jones Sustainability World Index (DJSI),
